Major Projects Seeking Cooperation
Currently, power transformers being used worldwide were power transformers of modern practicability initially developed by the United Stated in 1885. It has been more than a hundred years since its birth. And it has made huge contribution to the human civilization. However, its shortcomings has been the serious reactive loss. Up to now, no one is able to change this significant energy loss. Initial estimation shows that as of this day, the world has lost an electric power resource of over a hundred years for human being. In order to change this situation, I devoted myself with painstaking to the electric power research for over 30 years, and invested over RMB 1,000,000 before the “Intelligent Power Transformer” was successfully developed, with a goal to solve the existing huge loss of power transformer.(Currently, China suffers a 2.88 trillion KWH loss per year, accounting for 64% of China’s aggregated power generation ) If this invention can be widely applied in China, the annual power saving is equivalent to the aggregated power generation by 33 three-Gorges) If the invention is applied worldwide, the power charge shall be reduced by 64%, and the human being will save 64% of power energy. In short, the significant energy loss is merely due to the defect of the world scientific history.
In order to benefit the human being by this invention, I have decided to invite investors or partners worldwide, and set up “International Intelligent Power Transformer Group Co.”. The partner should have strong economic strength and global management and development level for a joint development. Our specific requirements include: 1) Investing party covers 60% of the holdings, and the patented side covers 40%. It is to be controlled by the investor. 2) Investor shall pay to the patented party RMB1,000,000 as down payment to be used for applying for China national invention patent and international invention patent, and modify an “Intelligent Power Transformer” sample of 10KV, with a capacity of 50 KVA, and for the payment of the feasibility study report to be compiled by authority; 3) The partnership shall be legally notarized. And the two sides shall then discuss the global monopolization strategy. The monopolization shall be owned by the two sides. The term of partnership shall be decided through consultation. In case the technology is found not in conformity with facts, the inventor would like to assume all legal obligations. To have a smooth cooperation, we refuse the participation of any agencies.
To solve the difficult problem of the huge power loss is something that I have been earnestly longing for. The early birth of the “Intelligent Power Transformer” and benefit the human is my ultimate goal. The initial fund of the project has been used up. We are now seeking sustentation fund from all walks of life. Priority shall be given to those who sponsor the incorporation.
